Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Contento (the "Service") provided by Contento ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Contento is an educational program that includes course content, frameworks, templates, and access to a private Skool community. The exact contents may evolve over time as we improve the program.

Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access is granted to you personally and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Subscriptions & Billing

• The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change. We will give existing subscribers reasonable notice before any price increase takes effect.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for. To cancel, email elmer@trycontento.com.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you complete the 6 modules within your first 30 days and don't see the value, email us and we'll refund your most recent charge in full. After that period, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, templates, and content are owned by Contento and protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use them for your own learning. You may not redistribute, republish, resell, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Community Rules

Within the Skool community, you agree to be respectful, avoid spam or self-promotion outside designated areas, and follow any additional guidelines posted there. We may remove members who violate these rules without refund.

No Income Guarantees

Contento provides education and frameworks. We do not guarantee any specific business, revenue, or LinkedIn results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, skills, market, and many factors outside our control.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity, without refund.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
